Schedule Your Initial Cleanup
After you sign up for services, a Scoop Logic representative will contact you to arrange your initial cleanup and guide you through the entire process. They’ll also answer any questions you have to ensure a smooth start.
Attach Payment Method
Billing occurs on the 1st of each month before services begin. You can set up autopay with a bank account or card. Invoices and receipts are emailed and available in the customer portal. If payment isn't received before your first cleaning, service will be suspended, and you’ll be removed from the schedule.
